What is Humanoid’s Warranty policy?
We warranty all products purchased from an Authorized Humanoid Dealer to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. ROCK, SLIDER, RAIL OR ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. All claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, so keep the receipt peeps. No matter how you return your Humanoid product, our claims reps will inspect it as soon as it arrives.
