How is shipping arranged?
Apparel orders ship via Priority Mail the day they are received. Boards are shipped via Fed Ex. Contact us to arrange for a shipping upgrade or custom shipping options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How are apparel returns handled?
If you find you have ordered the wrong size or you are unhappy with your order for any reason contact us or ship it back to us via USPS to P.O. Box 3652, Boulder, Colorado, 80307. We’ll make sure to handle all requests for returns in a timely fashion.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from the Humanoid web store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Look for the little “continue” link on the PayPal checkout page if you do not have a PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account you may sign in and use it.
How secure is the Humanoid web store?
Our store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Is Ebay an Authorized Humanoid Dealer?
No. Humanoid does not recognize Ebay, or any dealers selling Humanoid product on ebay, as an authorized dealer. If you are looking for an authorized dealer near you please consult our dealer page or feel free to give us a shout to contact your local dealer.
What bindings do Humanoid boards mount with?
We use a universal 3 x 4 binding insert pattern that fits almost every binding on the market. Newer 6″ binding width space works best and gives the rider the most stance width options. Our boards do also fit older 7″ or 8″ binding widths but the stance width options are much more limited.
What screw size fits Humanoid binding inserts?
We use the industry standard .25″ screw size. Our board’s profile is thinner however so you may have to adjust the screw length with washers. Humanoid is not responsible for the damage caused by incorrectly mounting bindings.
What type of fins work with Humanoid boards?
Our boards come with 3 hole 1.5″ increment spacing for the fins. Screw size is 10/24. This fin insert pattern fits either 1.5″ or 3″ insert spacing.
Is it O.K. to grab tindy if I bone it out?
Grabbing tindy is strictly forbidden at all times.
